weekly chart here, showing obvious accumulation. 73% of the OS is currently restricted until early october, 2014, as per the TA and otcmarkets.com... those shares bought the company's oil assets.
as far as i know, no one makes any money on this deal until the assets are in production and the equity increases in value.
