Banks will start to use more frequently eChecks under Check 21 very soon. Without these laws in place banks have been blindly using ACH as they have had no other choice for the last few decades. We are waiting for the final laws to be put into place by the Federal Government which started being written in April/May this year, the latest comments regarding Ed's thoughts on how great it will effect MYEC in a positive way once implemented can be found on MyEChecks FaceBook page.
There's a lot of DD to go through but I Warn You, it becomes addicting & makes you want to keep buying more & more MYEC.....
