Typing KMA Global Solutions.com or kmaglobalsolutions.com always brings me to a blank page. In Google, it has site listings but does not have recommendations to that particular page. Dogpile meta-search does have a listing for the contact webpage though.

Exactly. There are ghost pages left lying around if you "know where to look". This means jr is still paying for the domain name and hosting of the website. This is also apparent by peeps stating that the email address is still working.
