Thanks for the clarification CP. I was mixing up the definitive statement that the data had not been sabotaged with the end result of being approved for Phase III. I now realize I was looking for proof that the data had not been sabotaged as opposed to the reconfigured data.

I'm trying to keep in mind and separate the semi regular animosity towards management and the more regular animosity towards the company as a whole by a select few.

I think CjGaddy worked out that the original results(untampered) were an improvement over SOC of 133% rather than the 106% or the salvaged 60%. This along with other conservative features of the Phase III trial design are what encourage me to think that the DMB or first look-in approval could come earlier than expected. A lot will depend on the rate of enrollment. Certainly the current 62 sites are encouraging.
