You are correct in that JR has broken his long silence, maybe he feels like becoming more transparent. But it's still social media where one can type anything as opposed to an official Edgar filing where you lay the company and its performance on the table for all to see.
Whenever someone proclaims "This time is different", that sets off a lot of alarms. In the end it's never really different, these guys who run penny outfits won't ever change the way they do business. There's just new outlets and different technologies they employ to keep the hype going.
KMAG shareholders are in a predicament right now. To get listed again, JR has got to play by the rules. Another PR that doesn't include a Form 10 won't cut it anymore. We're hanging by a thread here with this investment and that thread is about to snap. Decision time for me this week, no form and I'll be putting blocks up for sale. Patience has done run out. Also won't post here. (that might make some people happy though LOL :) GLTU & ALL
