Put together the pieces. If he is PR-ing right before trading opens wouldn't you think he is trying like H E double hockey sticks to prop up the share price so TP, family and friends can sell blocks into the bid? Kinda suspicious that he has kept quiet all this time only leaking "the LOi deal is still on" thru individuals with brand new accounts here?
Be afraid if you plan on holding. My worst fears are a massive drop from 8:30am to 8:35am monday morning. The flippers and Market Manipulators will be on stand by ready to bat FRTD around like a cat and ball for 3 tick gains IMO.

All this is my personal opinion. Trade your shares the way you want. Im playing FRTD like a cat. :)
