that is not going to happen

if anything, the following is what is going to happened, as evidenced by the unethical behavior of James Fallacaro and his wife, Corinne (Corrine) in past dealings with publicly traded companies that they controlled:


1. GTGP owes more than $1.0 million to Corrine

2. GTGP will exchange all the rights to the MBS technology to Corrine for the $1.0 million owed to her.

3. Corrine then will exchange all the rights to the MBS technology to J3 for a personal ownership in J3

4. Nice and clean.

5. GTGP stockholders end up with an empty shell and less debt.

Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. (pioneer-technical.com) has executed a non-disclosure and teaming agreement with J3 for work associated with the Department of Interior’s Abandoned Mine Program.
GTGP, and MBS will not be all about MBS, and mercury, but that is still being developed as to companies making commitments to GTGP/M3.
GTGP/J3 are developing, and many things should come of this for the GTGP shareholders. The acquisition of GTGP imo, will occur when enough things have happened in GTGP to make sense for that acquisition to take place Being absorbed (acquired) will work best for us when the market capitalization is higher imo. One contract with ORNL could do it, among several other things imo.
