Personally, if a r/s is necessary to get listed on NASDAQ, which I honestly doubt it will be, I will have no problem with it. The reason being, if Ed decides it is necessary, it won't be until after we get over $1 pps organically IMO. Then, it would likely be a 3-1 or 5-1 in order to get the pps over the required amount. Also, by the time that would be a thought for Ed, we will likely be bringing in very large transaction volumes that would continually grow and easily sustain the NASDAQ pps. Ed is a very strategic businessman. If he decides something will benefit all of us, him included, you better believe it is for the best. All IMO.
Again, I do not believe it will be necessary, but if it is it will serve to increase our valuation.
