IMO-Today was not transparency. The audited financials are supposed to be the transparency mechanism.
Since when did on-time and accurate become mutually exclusive? Get it done right and on time. PERIOD!
I could care less what excuse or platitude is offered for failing to meet a deadline of their own making. Not to mention they should have had enough respect for their shareholders to disclose this earlier.
Who is advising them? I do not think it would have had the same negative impact as waiting until 3 minutes after market close to break the news.
HMMM and these guys want to get a deal involving space. Could they get to the launch pad on time?
