So then are you telling me shareholders money isn't going towards paying off their debts? Because it certainly is...Without going public they would have had to pay out of there pocket, instead we all got to pay it. And quit with this they didn't force you to bullshit...learn how to read I said I gave it to them not they took it from me.

Well if they are using shares to pay debt, In turn they are using investors money right? So yes, any investor that has been here since March in one way or another handed APT $ to pay debts, expand, etc... At first they were right on track and seemingly transparent completing the merger. As time passes they are less transparent and now delaying their own schedule. If there is one thing a business owner does not like is tardiness or excuses. APT has now been doing that to customers and shareholders. It's really a shame.
