Not sure if im even close, but the fact it was identical day and time before open bell was just strange…
What on earth is "strange" about it?? They're connected by Benz, by iEquity, and more. Has it occurred to you that the SEC may have suspended because it didn't LIKE the merger? That there was something wrong with it?
Earlier this year the SEC suspended similar "sister" companies, OLIE and HSCO. They were also supposedly working on a merger. And there was a good deal of fraud going on.
