I did not bother reading the article when I saw the author say he was short. The timing of the article was not innocent either. Why Friday at 2:30. If it was an honest article it would have come out Monday morning and allow the company to respond or share holders to re-assesse things with perspective. It was intended to create panic, confusion and sell of heading to he week end. I think the timing by itself is disingenuous. A respectable news outlet or research outlet doesn't operate that way. An outlet aiming deceiving, profiting does.

Until such time that I am able to verify all of the information in the article, IF I am able to, all I see right now is "disclosure: I am short TRTC".

Timing for this is interesting, don't you think? Also the fact that this information was provided to the Commission is suspect. The author stands to make a lot of money if he pulls this scam off. How about you? Alan Brochstein, an SA contributor, also sees the red flags. I will take the SA hit piece with a grain of salt for now.
