I had a series of emails with him last year, over the course of several weeks. He was polite enough.

I have both emailed (back and forth) and talked to Roy on the phone a number of times. One time Roy told me to call him and asked what time, I told him 1pm or whenever was convenient for him, and he called me a few minutes early...He's very easy to reach and he's pretty good about talking to investors...He just sucks at running the company
