I was too strong in my statement - after seeing this I agree they needed an NDC. (I"m clearly lacking in my knowledge of homeopathic procedures).

But the key here still is that they made out that the FDA "approving" the application for an NDC was somehow a big deal. It's routine and the FDA explicitly states that such approval doesn't mean the FDA agrees the product is a "drug." I've never before seen a company put out a PR on the granting of a NDC number.
