I doubt either. The fact that people really think there is gold in AZ, or shorty being battled, etc is hilarious.

I've know this was a scam since I got in. It's pretty obvious. I just also knew there was money to be made trading it. Which I did.

Oh, I am sure Lumb breaks laws left and right. That is why he is the man behind the curtain, and why he uses the Bloms of the world as fronts.

After the Vincent Au case, I am surprised Lumb has not got more heat. Either the SEC and other federal agencies figure that he is below their pay grade, or they are playing a long game with him.

Blom is on the tail end of his somewhat mediocre career. I suspect that he views GNCP as a chance for one cheap and easy score before he goes off into the sunset.
