All of the consulting deals are for stock

Perlowin is taking stock for all of the consulting deals, and all of the stocks are much lower than when the shares were paid to HEMP.

For example:

Dewmar was at about $0.025 when the stock was granted, and it's at $0.0055 today.

Hollund was at $0.0003 when granted, and now moves between $0.0001 and $0.0002

The Resource Ventures stock was at $0.06 when paid to HEMP, but is now at $0.016

Green Concepts (LKEN) at $0.02 at time of payment, but now at $0.004
