Danny, that is exactly what I was told by man in charge of Micro Paint in Fort Meyers. He said to get Toyota to pay attention to you was REALLY hard but the investor who bought all the micro paint rights in Autralia knew someone that got the process going with Toyota, and it took over a year. He said this would make it much easier to get other manufacturers.
He said micro paint was like Gods, to car companies because they get a car ready same day. He also mentioned that insurance companies, all government controlled in China, were a big factor the quick success in China. US insurance companies will eventually be a big factor too. That is why I think the Dupont deal will go through sooner than later.
We probably have all underestimated how big this will be sooner than later!
