Good question. He's used that type of swap set up with other companies as well. I haven't seen him saving them for others, but then again he doesn't seem to mind partnering up with others to make his move. The Allergan deal is pretty interesting to watch. He and Icahn did publicly say they would be working together on some activist projects in the future.
