On 3/31/14 federal judge Karas in white plains NY heard the case of Edward Bronson and his company E Lionheart ass & Fairhills Capital. The judge denied every motion to dismiss the case. You can read about the case by putting in Edward Bronson CV 6421 in your search engine.
Maybe the court will strip this creep of all his fancy cars, big house and repay our little company. Hopefully some jail time too! Time will tell, keep the faith
