Yes thats exactly what happened, they said due to pending investigation. I said under who's authority and they said their "compliance dept" had flagged it until further notice.
Funny enough after all my frustration and time I thought was wasted they ended up lower than what i was going to buy for so I guess my bank was doing the right thing cause I would have been down a little over 10% .
And also I should mention I forgot that there are two sides to Niagara Falls and "YES" they are an USA company, strong ties to Canada I might add but I was mistaken and didn't notice the NY beside the address. :)
I am going to watch this one for a few and see what happens and try to maybe get back in depending on what I see. I really like the concept and can see a great future for these guys if the front office can keep the right focus and financials in place. Fingers crossed!
