The .22 "spike" occurred on 4/2/14. A total of 200 shares were purchased at that price. The Ask almost immediately moved to .18 after the buy.

That price is post split, and no one, other than the CEO, held that many shares. (50M pre-split). Therefore, there is a comparison of pre-split shares being calculated with a post split price.

Any holdings based upon an "anomaly" during a space in time, is simply an extrapolation of reality.
