Im looking at 30 billion shares normally I would be saying wtf wtf wtf! However step back and think it over the 26 Bil shares to Sal have to be for something tangible, as in a great deal of funding even if the pps was .0002 at the time that would be 5.4 mil dollars equivalent. Did Angel hand that over to Sal for nothing? I don't think so.
Also look at the financials there is still a growing if narrowing debt burden. IMO the shares were exchanged in lieu of funds for acquisition or merger which when executed will grow this company exponentially, and if my hunch is right and we acquire or merge into a testing lab or series of labs with a multi state profile, a few mil in revenues, and instant branding exposure and access to a huge patient network, while providing the regulatory needs of emerging and existing MJ medicinal and recreational marketplaces.
Well let's just say there are a number of creative ways that 26 bil shares or the consideration given for them could be used, and at that point I think it's fair to say that the company might easily be worth several hundred million.
Trust one thing there has to be arational explanation behind 30 bil shares beyond what the naysayers are trumpeting I am sure of it, they wouldn't waste their time if there was not
