You may be right. But this is a different animal, with a management group that seemingly has had success in the business arena. They may be on a steep learning curve with the OTC markets, but something tells me they will get the right advice to make this a success.
Agreed, in all honesty can't say I have. Nor have I ever seen a R/S in penny land happen where company gives a two week notice of it. First for everything.
Very few Pinks do a reverse split that also brings down the A/S as WDAS is doing. Makes the r/s a bit less negative. It could also be said that the management felt that announcing the R/S would drive the price down, during the time frame they gave. That would facilitate a cheaper price to buy back shares, if that was their intent. Just speculation on my part.
