So the NSS is not hidden? What many don't seem to realize is that in this whole NSS debate, you cannot have it both ways. You cannot have it hidden from view (given the plethora of reporting requirements on broker/dealers) but at the same time have it suddenly revealed by some "other" mechanism. This type of argument just plays to some investors' ignorance of the process.
The fact of the matter is unless there is a significant short interest showing and significant and continuous fails showing....there is no NSS.
NONE. there is no way around it.
...and until the day comes that a massive NSS position is actually revealed in a sub penny otc issue...then we can have a different discussion.
