In the meantime, the sweep is an idiotic policy that froze out private investors, ending the private/public partnership that worked well for decades. The sweep needs to go. I know the hedge fund “bosses” are in this for profit, but frankly, I applaud their efforts to keep the government honest. - nofinback on Jun 5th 9.48 A.M (Last paragraph from his comment.)
