As far as deal goes go read the news a few times its done the legal firm is writing and finalizing deal. Twitter and facebook are Quasar writing and hinting. Probably will have news of today or tomorrow. Donnell sticks with target dates and as you could see is firm on pitting out "in line with target plans"
I tend to agree with you on most points, however; if you group all traders into just one type your statement would be true.
I don't believe it is all weak hands that are selling now... smart flippers are selling now in anticipation of the reality that the law firm was just retained and an escrow account was just setup... it takes time and everyone knows it. Sell now and buy back in the low teens or trips as we just saw only 10 days ago.
It seems the company uses a lot of Clintonisms (I did not have sexual relations with that woman).. if you chose your words you can lie by omission and that seems to be the mindset of both the company and the "pumpers" (nothing against people that are touting in an attempt to help their own personal position).
ie. no dilution- chose your words and that may be true by some definitions but the reality is that you can label it however you like to avoid the word 'dilution' there are still tons of shares that were being dumped by VNDM that has effectively lowered the pps a number of times recently. Most would label that generically as dilution.
This has shown itself in a big way when the initial dispensary news was released... a few clintonisms later and here we are waiting for an mmj deal to close which in reality is quite far from the initial news that drew so much attention, its no longer an mmj play on a dispensary but more of a "we're going to be in the auto industry! bc we are working a deal with a company that makes floor jacks".
