What I believe you/everyone else is talking about are changes to otcqb status, which went into effect last month, relaxing reporting standards for otcqb but requiring a minimum price of .01/sh and an annual fee to be paid for the designation.
If either fails to occur, the stock simply reverts to otcpink, as occurred here.
