GD UBSS...jumps right in front and is controlling the ask. I HATE this MM. It is a largely foreign company and does this same thing to SOOOOO many US stocks I can't beleive the SEC isn't on them, scratch that, yes I can believe it, the SEC is probably our WORST government entity there is.
