The SEC absolutely suspended for suspicion of fraud. What do you thing the following statement means?

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of FRTD because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, the company's operations."

That statement always means one thing and one thing only - fraud.

Yep. The SEC suspects the company's publicly disseminated information is inaccurate, and that it's lied about its operations.
