My comment ..... RIDICULOUS.

Was just awarded 2.4 million shares for the already poor job being done just a month ago.

Another error in judgement and just another reason most investors want the company sold. BoD needs to be replaced ..... and as I am understanding it Braiker may still be a member of the BoD .... just no longer CEO.

The LD Micro presentation just offered they are touting EBITDA+ in the next qtr.
