In many cases, it does.

Without a doubt blackjack has better odds ESPECIALLY when there is fraud and criminal conduct behind one of these PINK companies. The odds in PINK are horribly against you to begin with but criminal activity by a CEO makes it impossible to cash in unless you are in the loop.

Blackjack seems to have better odds.

Plus, at most casinos, you get free drinks!

Many people compare the pink sheet market to casino gaming. Or the lottery. Which is unfair to casinos and lotteries. Legalized gaming is not only required to clearly state the rules and the odds of winning, they are also required to stick to them and return the exact percentage of funds to the players by law.

Pink Sheet trading, on the other hand, does none of that. In many of these stocks, the game is rigged in favor of the insiders against the "players". In addition, they rules are not given. Since most of these companies are not SEC registrants, they do not have to report anything, including audited financial statements or insider trading reports. And, to make it worse, many of these companies provide laughable and completely misleading "disclosure" to paid promotional website OTCMarkets, which is often designed to intentionally mislead under the guise of factual information. Which it isn't. The recent FRTD "quarterly" is a good example of that. Those financial statements were clearly designed to mislead, not inform, and should not be relied upon by anyone.
