Solo Mining at current difficulty has an average time to generate one block (25 coins) in ~5 days 4 hours. (100 Th/s)

It pulls roughly 1000W of power per miner which having 100 miners...well you can do the math.

I am no electrician but I am pretty sure it is approx. 0.10 - 0.15 USD/kWh
