Thanks Tom, but still a little confused about that chart.

Looking at the 2nd diagram, the simplified model, how do I know what the $s value will be if I'm trying to calculate the hold zone?

If PC/N where PC is 6000 and my N is 34 then that equals to 176.47 which is Price Per Share. I'm kinda lost after that with the PC+$s/N(1-0.1) where 0.1 is my SAFE of 10%. Would you be able to give me an example? Thanks and I appreciate you giving your time to reply to my posts.
