SEEK has gotten buyout offers in the past, and it wouldn't surprise me that a company the size of AOL would be interested in offering similar opportunities to TheDirectory. Scott has to realize that he has the option and opportunity to do that. On the bright side, if he refuses like previous, we do know that he has even brighter plans for the company that will most likely be reflected in the price.
