I don't think there is much financial upside to a buyout. Too many OS.

Buyout is imminent, likely pending FDA approval. Celgene will be the suitor, imho. I take no position as to whether I would prefer a buyout or not. Nuvilex owns proprietary technology on the cusp of FDA approval. Big pharma is lurking just around the corner.
