Yes. Back in 2011 someone dug up a registry that showed them. They're held by WIM, not WIIM.

I think that when I was researching the article the relevant link was dead. But I really don't have any reason to doubt Peterson on that. The leases were pretty cheap, and the two of them were ardent hobbyists.
