the agent refused to give exact number just like last time I called on 2/5/2006( she said it is the same number as you asked). but this time she said it is far than the numbers you quotes( I used Outstanding: 1,991,551,862 shares ). but you have to call company and we are instructed not to give detailed number out.
if it is true, last few weeks trading volume are more than 1,272,418,582 shares float number. hope it is just third part joined in and use them for purchasing new capital.
