When dealing with big government, always hold that big club, that final Ace-in-the-Hole over their heads. Plaintiff attorney's are good............very good.

If i was Hornsby, i would be one pissed off dude. The kicker is, he knows where the bodies are buried. This case is moving forward. JMO, but it would be very dangerous if the defence attempted an appeal at this point. plaintiff is not looking for damages at this point, but that could change if we find ourselves in an appeal's court room !!
