Fred, what is you timeline on this mess? Another year or two, next month or sometime in 2014?

I firmly believe there is something very LARGE going on for this very DINKY former bank that was smothered out illegally. I also firmly believe there will be some sort of equity swap.

One thing that does not seem to hold water at this point and that is from chapter 11 to chapter 7 to chapter 11. No doubt, this could be accomplished since this was not officially closed out as chapter seven but where are the filings if this is the case? Unless this happens simultaneously with a 8K filing announcing such action, I cannot see this happening.
