it kinda looks that way... but im not convinced its inevitable. vfin sitting on the bid at 3 is a give away that the lenders havent sold all their shares yet. if they sell them for less than 3 even with their discount they take a hit.

if FS decides to draw down on that s-1 again anytime soon 0001 is def gonna hit. if he lets it lay until production news, were still sitting around 5-6 B o/s, we may see a jump. depends on news.

of course its a double edged sword in a way... if he draws on it while vfin is holding it at 3, the lenders will be forced to keep it above that while they sell the shares...

again, hoping non of that happens, and that production news hits first

I will make one more "Hail Mary" purchase of 70,000,000 shares.....

If we were talking about any other kind of company other that OIL/GAS..... I would never execute this transaction.......but the fact is......WE ARE FRACKING NATION..... case closed....Alternative energy is a global con...... in addition.....oil at $100.00+ per barrel ......

This convergence is just too much to not give PEII the benefit of the doubt....

Walk away for a couple weeks and let production take the stock higher. The daily watching is unhealthy when debts are being paid through the stock. Its a matter of time. These bastards know what they are doing. They make money going up and make money on the way down. Its time for this to go back up soon. Its all order of operation.
