They've needed funding since they started, But here's the problem,

They appear to be much more interested in selling shares than building any company in any field, whatsoever.

So keep betting on pink sheet, non- reporting INOH getting "cancer funding", and Ill bet the sun will still rise tomorrow and INOH will still be a POJ (piece of junk).
