I believe that is coincidental to be honest. If you look at the trend of stevia itself - it waxes and wanes, but this year will turn out to be something special if for only two reasons:

1) The massive war against sugar
2) Hemp bill passed to leave hemp farmers alone

These two factors were not around during those years... at least not like they are now.

I would ignore the previous year's performance. I do.
