OBVIOUSLY KINGER IS A HUGE LIAR.
THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING MEANINGFUL ON THE TABLE ALREADY.

Going it alone is what some investors think is in their best long term interest. This is an interesting point of view and is worth some discussion IMO.

However we inadvertently found out that there was a partnership close at hand prior to the Fargo CRO screw-up.

King has said that partnering interest has only increased with the growing interest in Bavi/immunotherapy combinations.

King has also said that a partnership should be expected this year.

Why would King say these things if they are not true?...it is simply not credible.

The obvious reason to raise the cash up front is to strengthen PPHM's bargaining position....BP's will pay more for a partnership with a company that has the option of going it alone!

I expect an attractive partnership....and I expect it BEFORE a lot of good news is announced...along the lines of what happened with THLD....but better....because the anti-PS franchise is extremely valuable.

King also said he hoped to have a commercial product by mid 2012.

King also said he would like to have a partner on board before the plan for phase III for both Bavi and Cotara.

King also said pphm flows with the ebb of the market.

King also said we have a China subsidiary.

I guess it is safe to say Kings words are meaningless. All imo.

Partnership and Fargo

First of all I am one of those long term investors that believe we will go it alone.

I believe it will be in the LONG LONG TERM best interests of our stock price.

I'm 67 so this will probably make my two sons happy and wealthy.

I believe King wants a partner and would do a partnership IF IF IF
the price was reflective of what he thinks it would be worth.

As of now and probably for at least 12 more months I do NOT believe any BP will come up with Kings required amount of money

And lastly the recent Class Action indicated we were in TALKS with Abvie (sp).....I do NOT remember any details on far along these talks were or even if talks were imminent. Just talk...

The assumption that we had a pending DEAL until Fargo is BS from my memory.

Personally and from a selfish standpoint I wish we would get a partnership SOON so I could spend some money before I get to friggen old.

What I want to happen and what I believe will happen are two totally different outcomes.

Either way this is one hell of an investment.
