We received notice that our DTC application is being approved and that we will have the effective date in a couple of days. We will issue a PR announcing DTC eligibility as soon as we have the effective date.

He did exactly what he said. Read carefully. He said would issue a PR announcing DTC eligibility as soon as we have the effective date
He has been given the date. We just don't know it yet.
My guess is within the next couple of days.
