You are correct, sir, IMHO. It has absolutely nothing to do with the loan - he bought a large block of shares from the company above market, showing his confidence in Baltia, IMHO. That's confidence by one of Baltia's largest investors, and THAT bodes well for all Baltia shareholders, IMHO. GLTA
