If you go to TDA now and ask for your certificate and they say they can't get them or just simply will not get them - until a court orders them -this could possibly open up the criminal aspect!

It isn't a judgment. It's an appeals court decision. The case has been remanded to the lower court, where it will continue.

Excellent news all around. What happens when I get my certs? I will sell them to a broker needing to cover of course. There will be plenty of certs available for sale, but never near enough to make it easy on the brokers. A sellers market. Price TBD.
