even though they were available and deliverable and that it appears they are not locked, per the Federal Court findings.

There are many here who have contended that the courts would never take BCIT claims seriously.

Federal Court recognizes the merits of the BCIT complaint.

Statute of Limitations is out the window.

Thanks. All sounds very legitimate in its analysis of the situation. It's the same reasoning I provided and even FINRA told me they side with TDA. What we need is media attention. Especially on this latest court based finding. Then maybe the DOJ will be forced to step in.
