The above. Solomon is the entire show - the brains and know-how. Plus, they like to keep a fence around their technology / patents which is, per him, "common sense engineering" achieved through lots of trial and error.

empty, from the Q1 report it sounds like SIAF is assisting in getting financing to one of the partners in the new megafarm.

Customer C is one of our main agents, namely Mr. Xian Zhiming (Zhongshan new prawn farm), with whom we agreed to extend trading terms between 120 days to 180 days in the interim until such time as we assist them to procure a project loan of up to $60 million targeting on or before September 30, 2014.
