same ole same ole...Redwood gets a minimum 60% discount which they will glady slap the bids...must admit Conman really has no other options...he is in a death spiral but he needs to do whatever he can to keep the paychecks coming in because not sure if any other employer could afford the "master" carpenter,plummer, framer, builder,roofer lol
