I agree this price seems to be setting in with minimal movement. I think everyone still has major doubt about this company and the stock movement and price entirely reflects that confidence. This is getting on the ground level. It is tempting to pick up so more shares but I am already 350k strong and am probably to heavy in this position all together!

I am holding firm that National Standard has serious intent if the fulfillment requirements for the funding are required to fund this project. The green energy sector is clearly developing into a big market and they might believe they have a corner stone in the industry. PURCHASE AGREEMENTS!!!! Cmon Pickett pull some PA's for us that will drive the stock up for sure! Release those LOI's of purchase agreements say DoD, energy companies in area, San Luis and other municipalities! Few POIS and I say stock price easily returns .1 to .15 where I think this stock is more appropriately valued given its speculative potential alone.
